Tuxedo Retreat welcomes families and small groups with Entire Retreat bookings — both bedrooms, shared living, kitchenette, and up to eight guests on a flat nightly rate.

Warwick Bethel is approximately 15 minutes by car from the cottage — a straightforward morning drive while spouses or children enjoy a peaceful base at the retreat.
Many families tell us the second bedroom and deck made the week gentler than sharing one hotel room.

Entire Retreat is $250 per night — up to eight guests, no per-person fees. Main Bedroom Only ($150/night) fits up to four when you do not need the second bedroom.

How family bookings work
Same calm process as every stay — request, host review, pay, arrive with clear check-in guidance.
Step 1
Request your dates
Choose your stay package, guest count, and notes on our reservation form. There is no charge while we review.
Step 2
Host review
Your host personally reviews each request — usually within a few hours on business days.
Step 3
Secure payment
After approval, you receive a Stripe checkout link (card or Apple Pay where available). Dates are confirmed when payment completes.
Step 4
Arrive rested
Check-in details, parking, and entry instructions are shared before you arrive — so your first evening can be peaceful.
Sleeping & space for families
Main bedroom
Queen bed with private desk and deck access — included in every stay package.
Second bedroom
Full bed plus floral twin daybed in one room — ideal when children or teens travel with you (Entire Retreat only).
Shared living
Vaulted living area, kitchenette, and wooded deck for unhurried evenings.
Laundry
Washer and dryer available on request — mention it when booking or contact your host before arrival.
Non-attending family
Spouses or relatives who are not at every session can rest at the cottage while you are at headquarters.
