Tuxedo Retreat welcomes families and small groups with Entire Retreat bookings — both bedrooms, shared living, kitchenette, and up to eight guests on a flat nightly rate.

Warwick Bethel is approximately 15 minutes by car from the cottage — a straightforward morning drive while spouses or children enjoy a peaceful base at the retreat.
Many families tell us the second bedroom and deck made the week gentler than sharing one hotel room.

How family bookings work
Same calm process as every stay — request, host review, pay, arrive with clear check-in guidance.
Step 1
Request your dates
Choose your stay package, guest count, and notes on our reservation form. There is no charge while we review.
Step 2
Host review
Your host personally reviews each request — usually within a few hours on business days.
Step 3
Secure payment
After approval, you receive a Stripe checkout link (card or Apple Pay where available). Dates are confirmed when payment completes.
Step 4
Arrive rested
Check-in details, parking, and entry instructions are shared before you arrive — so your first evening can be peaceful.
Sleeping & space for families
Main bedroom
Queen bed that sleeps two plus a trundle bed that sleeps two, with private desk and deck access — included in every stay package.
Second bedroom
Full bed that sleeps two plus a trundle bed that sleeps two — ideal when children or extra guests travel with you (Entire Retreat only).
Shared living
Vaulted living area, kitchenette, and wooded deck for unhurried evenings.
Laundry
Washer and dryer available on request — mention it when booking or contact your host before arrival.
Non-attending family
Spouses or relatives who are not at every session can rest at the cottage while you are at headquarters.
