Main Bedroom Only: $150/night (up to 4 guests). Entire Retreat: $250/night (up to 8 guests). Flat rates — no per-person fees. Your rate includes premium bedding and linens, high-speed Wi‑Fi, and use of the kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, and coffee station). Payment is collected after your request is approved.

The Main Bedroom package includes a queen bed that sleeps two and a trundle bed that sleeps two, accommodating up to four guests. The Entire Retreat adds a second bedroom with a full bed that sleeps two and another trundle bed that sleeps two, accommodating up to eight guests total.

Select your dates and guest count, submit a reservation request, and our host will personally review your stay within hours. Once approved, you'll receive a secure Stripe checkout link supporting credit card and Apple Pay. Your dates are confirmed only after payment.

Add your expected arrival window in reservation notes. We do our best to accommodate reasonable late arrivals when the calendar allows — many convention guests return after evening sessions.

Yes. Main Bedroom Only fits up to 4 guests with a queen bed and a trundle bed. Entire Retreat fits up to 8 guests by adding a second bedroom with a full bed and another trundle bed, plus shared living and deck space — ideal for couples, families, and small groups.

Yes. A washer and dryer are available on request. Add a note when you request your stay, or contact us before arrival, and your host will confirm availability for your dates.
