Tuxedo Retreat is approximately 15 minutes from Warwick Bethel — ideal for convention visitors, couples, and families who want a peaceful nightly stay close to headquarters.
Select your dates and guest count, submit a reservation request, and our host will personally review your stay within hours. Once approved, you'll receive a secure Stripe checkout link supporting credit card and Apple Pay. Your dates are confirmed only after payment.
Main bedroom stays are $150/night (up to 4 guests). Entire Retreat stays are $250/night (up to 8 guests). Rates are flat — no per-person fees. Your rate includes premium bedding and linens, high-speed Wi‑Fi, and use of the kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, and coffee station). Payment is collected after your request is approved.
Yes. A washer and dryer are available on request. Add a note when you request your stay, or contact us before arrival, and your host will confirm availability for your dates.
Yes. High-speed Wi‑Fi is included throughout the cottage — suitable for video calls, streaming, and staying connected during your Bethel visit.

Add your expected arrival window in reservation notes. We do our best to accommodate reasonable late arrivals when the calendar allows — many convention guests return after evening sessions.

Light meal prep only — microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee station. Many families bring snacks or pick up groceries locally; there is not a full stove or oven.
Yes, when dates are open. Submit your full date range on the reservation form — popular Bethel weeks fill ahead, so request early when your schedule is firm.
Yes. The cottage works well as a peaceful base for spouses, children, or friends while you are at headquarters — wooded quiet, Wi‑Fi, and separate bedrooms when you reserve Entire Retreat.
